To facilitate the process of receiving invoices, we would like to provide you with some important information regarding the invoicing procedure.
Invoicing Process:
During Reservation:
If you require an invoice, please notify us immediately when making your reservation or at the latest during the payment process.
Please provide your Tax Identification Number (NIP), and we will retrieve the address from the central database.
Advance Notification Requested:
For your convenience and in accordance with legal procedures, we kindly request advance notification of the need for an invoice. This can be done using the provided form. Issuing an invoice after payment may not be possible.
