Breakfast

We are delighted to inform you that if you have opted for breakfast, we warmly invite you to enjoy it at Billy's American Restaurant, located just a 2-minute walk from the hotel, at Plac Zdrojowy.

If you have not selected the breakfast option, you have the opportunity to purchase it at the hotel reception for 50 PLN per person.

For every guest who has purchased breakfast, our receptionist will prepare a special voucher, enabling you to enjoy the service. Vouchers will be handed to you personally or left in your rooms.

Please note that breakfast will only be served using this voucher.

In the event of making a reservation after the reception hours on the day of planned arrival, the breakfast voucher will be provided the following day around 9:00 a.m.

BREAKFAST MENU

BURRITO BREAKFAST

Two-egg scrambled eggs wrapped and baked in a tortilla with bacon, red beans, corn, cilantro, and mozzarella. Served with a seasonal salad, guacamole, and spicy mayo sauce.

SALMON TOAST

Toast with smoked salmon and a sunny-side-up egg. Served with guacamole, arugula, cherry tomatoes, blueberries, gouda cheese, and basil pesto.

PANCAKES

Three American-style pancakes served with seasonal fruit, toffee sauce, powdered sugar, Kit-Kat crumble, and whipped cream.

Optional: maple syrup

GRANOLA

Baked granola with natural yogurt, seasonal fruits, honey, and dark chocolate. Served with a waffle.

TIMES SQUARE

Two sunny-side-up eggs on toast with cheese, bacon, and tomato, topped with chives. Served with fries and mayo.

BILLY'S OMELETTE

Three-egg omelette with bacon, cheese, and tomato, topped with chives.

COCO JAMBO

Two sunny-side-up eggs or scrambled eggs, two grilled sausages with mustard, bacon, and tomato.

Served with fries and mayo or bread rolls and butter.
