Before you arrive.
Three things to take care of before your journey. Tick them off as you go.
Use your code. Settle in.
The entrance faces the beach, opposite beach entrance 23. You cannot drive right up to the door.
Before arrival: Guest Zone
Your reservation email contains your personal Guest Zone link. There you can check your stay details, pay for your booking, complete online check-in and tell us your arrival time. You can take care of the paperwork before you travel.
When will my code arrive?
We send your code by text message and email on your arrival day. For a same-day booking, it will be sent within 30 minutes of payment.
How do I open the door?
Touch the keypad first, then enter your code. It opens the building entrance and your room. During your stay, you can use it at any time, regardless of reception hours.
Check-in & check-out
Check-in is from 15:00 from May to September and from 14:00 from October to April. Earlier check-in, from 12:00, is only possible if your room is ready. Check-out is by 11:00.
Park your car. Explore on foot.
Parking spaces by the building are limited and must be reserved in advance. Please provide your car make and registration number when booking.
PLN 120 per day. Pay at SeaSide.
Pay for parking in cash at SeaSide Sopot only. Do not pay at the car park. Parking follows hotel check-in and check-out times. The total is PLN 120 multiplied by the number of days between arrival and departure.
Entrance from Piastów Street
The car park is by the Pomorskie Centrum Reumatologiczne building, with access from Piastów Street. Your parking confirmation contains detailed instructions. You can show your card on your phone - there is no need to print it.
If our car park is full
There are municipal car parks nearby. In the summer, allow some extra time to find a space.
Breakfast at Billy’s.
Breakfast is served at Billy’s American Restaurant, around 100 metres from SeaSide - about a two-minute walk.

June to August: 08:00-12:00. All other months: 10:00-12:00.
Voucher & drink
If you have booked breakfast, you will receive a voucher or instructions from our team. Breakfast includes one drink: coffee, tea or water. Check your reservation to see whether breakfast is included.

The beach, pier and promenade are right outside.
Coffee? Any time.
The shared corner by reception has coffee, tea, water and small snacks. Help yourself at any time of day.
In your room
Towels, toiletries, a hairdryer, TV, Wi-Fi and an air purifier. An iron and ironing board are also available for guests.
The beach is 40 metres away
Beach chairs are available in season. Please return them after use. The beach, promenade and pier are all close by.
Sea views in summer
From May to September, vegetation may partly obscure the sea view from some rooms.

Need an invoice?
Enter your invoice details in the Guest Zone before paying for your booking.
Details before payment
It may not be possible to issue an invoice after payment. It is best to add your details as soon as you receive access to the Guest Zone.
Where will I find my invoice?
Once issued, your invoice will be available in the Guest Zone and KSeF. If you have a question about the document, email hotel@seasidesopot.com.
Getting to your treatments.
Treatments take place at Pomorskie Centrum Reumatologiczne (PCR). SeaSide is in one wing of the PCR building.
Across the courtyard
You need to go outside and cross the courtyard to reach your treatments. The shortest route is through the exit on the car park side.
Getting around independently
You need to be able to move independently between SeaSide and the treatment area. Bring any stay or treatment documents requested when you booked.
We are here to help.
Reception is usually staffed from 09:00 to 15:00. Off-season hours vary. Outside our on-site hours, we are available remotely.
No need to wait at reception
Your entry code works independently of reception. For help during your stay, call +48 513 122 041. If we are helping another guest, we may call you back or send a text.
